Depending on the situation, emails will have several statuses in the system:
1.Active. The letter has been received but has not yet been answered and / or a problem or question has not been addressed.
2.Pending. The problem or issue is being resolved and communication with the client is already underway, but you have no final answer yet.
3.Closed. The issue or issue is resolved.
4.Spam. Emails that needed to be market as spam.
To change your email email status, email click the flag icon at the top right of the message and select the status you want.
