Frequently asked questions
To connect your existing Gmail account with Spin CRM you must complete the following steps:
- Click on the icon with the first letters of your name on the top right corner.
- Click My settings.
- In window that opens, next to option Google email (Gmail) click Enable.
- Choose account you want to synchronize.
- In newly opened window choose folders you want to synchronize.
- Select a time period below which you would like your emails to be synchronized from your mailbox.
- Click Start email sync.
Important! Spin CRM system will only synchronize emails from the mailbox currently connected to your browser.
