Do I need to install any software on my computer to use Spin CRM?

No, you don’t need to install anything. All you need is internet connection and internet browser. We strongly recommend using Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox. You can use Microsoft Edge (Internet Explorer) and Safari too.

Why I can’t login?

First of all you need to try restart your internet browser and/or restart your computer. If this doesn’t help try resetting your password. You can reset it HERE. If any of these steps doesn’t help, contact us via email [email protected]

Will my data be kept if I change my plan?

If you’ll change your current plan, all your data will be kept the same.

Can I cancel Spin CRM subscription anytime?

You may terminate your contract with Spin CRM by giving 30 days written notice.

Can I export my data? Will it cost additionally?

You can export your data from Spin CRM anytime for free. All data will be exported in excel (.xslx) file format.

What if I run out of file storage limit?

File storage limit can be extended anytime. You just need to contact us via email [email protected]

Can I get a live demonstration of Spin CRM?

Of course! If your company is based in Lithuania, contact us via email [email protected] and we will find the best time for demonstration.

Will my data in Spin CRM be safe?

Yes. Your data is 100% safe. Your data is stored at UpCloud and Interneto vizija data centers and backed up by Cloudflare. Daily backups guarantee the security of your data.

Is there any requirement for minimum count of users?

No. You can use every benefit of Spin CRM even alone.

How can I add more users to my Spin CRM account?

You can add more users in Settings. When you click Settings on the left side of your screen, you will see Users list. Then you’ll need to click big red plus sign on the right bottom corner and fill all required fields. Then your colleague will receive an invitation to Spin CRM.
