Rivilė
Two-way sync: invoices, customers, products, purchases, payments and debts. Stock levels refresh every 5–15 minutes during working hours.
Part of the chain
- Capture
- Sell
- Deliver
- Get paid
What this integration does
- Invoices from the CRM travel to Rivilė with no retyping
- Stock levels come back and are visible on the sales line
- Customers and products sync both ways
- Purchases, payments and debts are transferred automatically
- Sales people are mapped between the two systems
- Rivilė sales and stock reports are visible inside the CRM
How it is connected
No programming is needed. You enter the login details yourself, so they stay with you, and every data exchange is visible in the integration log with a timestamp, the response and the reason for any error.

You prepare your Rivilė login details and decide which areas are synced

Stock levels start refreshing the same day; every operation is visible in the log
Where you will see it in the system
An integration is not a separate window — it changes what you see in your daily work. These are the areas where the change is biggest.
Which way does the data travel?
Both. Invoices, customers and products go from the CRM to Rivilė, and stock levels, purchases and debts come back to the CRM.
How often do stock levels refresh?
Every 5–15 minutes during working hours. The frequency is agreed during rollout, based on how much data you have.
What if a sync fails?
Every operation is written to the integration log with a timestamp, the response and the reason for the error — you see what failed rather than guessing. Failed operations are retried.
Does it work with Rivilė GAMA?
Yes, it is the same connector.
