How it is connected

Montonio or NeoPay?

One of the two: payment links are issued by a single provider at a time. You choose based on which one you have, or want to have, a contract with.

Does the customer need an account?

No. They tap the link in the PDF or scan the QR code with their phone and pay in their own banking app.
