What this integration does

  • Facebook page messages end up in the same inbox as emails
  • The reply is sent from the CRM — no need to open Facebook
  • The 24-hour reply window is shown on screen rather than counted in someone's head
  • One button turns a conversation into a support ticket or a lead
  • The same customer history, even if they later write by email

How it is connected

No programming is needed. You enter the login details yourself, so they stay with you, and every data exchange is visible in the integration log with a timestamp, the response and the reason for any error.

  1. 01

You need to be an administrator of your Facebook page

  2. 02

In the settings you click "connect" and approve the permission in the Facebook window

  3. 03

The first messages arrive right after connecting

Where you will see it in the system

An integration is not a separate window — it changes what you see in your daily work. These are the areas where the change is biggest.

FAQ

Questions about this integration

Did not find your answer? Ask us

What is the 24-hour window?

A Meta rule: a customer message can be answered within 24 hours of receiving it. The system shows how much time is left, so a thread never stops working unexpectedly.

Will we need a separate Facebook tool?

No. Messages are read and answered from the same inbox as emails, with the same templates and assignment rules.

Can a conversation be assigned to a specific person?

Yes — just like an email. The assignment rule fires on the customer's first message.
