Enable Banking
The system pulls bank statements on its own over the open banking (PSD2) interface, and payments match themselves against invoices.
What this integration does
- Statements are retrieved several times a day, plus a "sync now" button
- Payments are matched to unpaid invoices automatically
- A full operation history and an error log
- Works over PSD2, and you grant bank access with your own consent and can revoke it any time
How it is connected
No programming is needed. You enter the login details yourself, so they stay with you, and every data exchange is visible in the integration log with a timestamp, the response and the reason for any error.
-
01
You pick the bank and the account whose statements you want to see
-
02
You confirm access with your own bank login; the permission comes from you
-
03
The first statement is retrieved immediately; after that the sync runs on a schedule
Where you will see it in the system
An integration is not a separate window — it changes what you see in your daily work. These are the areas where the change is biggest.
Is this safe?
It is. Access runs over PSD2 — the same regulated open banking interface that banking apps use. You grant permission with your own bank login, can revoke it any time, and the access is read-only, for statements.
Can a payment be initiated from the CRM?
You can't — this connector only reads statements. So a customer can pay, a payment link via Montonio or NeoPay goes into the invoice PDF.
How is a payment matched to an invoice?
By the payment reference, the amount and the payer. Unmatched payments appear in a list and can be matched with one click.
