Cookies
A cookie is a small text file that a website writes into your browser. This page explains which cookies spincrm.com uses, what they are for, and how to change your choice at any time.

1. In short
The site uses two kinds of cookies:
- Essential — without them the site would not work the way you asked. Always on, no consent needed.
- Analytics — they help us understand which pages are useful. Switched on only if you agree.
We use no advertising, cross-site tracking or profiling cookies.

These cookies are necessary to provide the service you explicitly requested, so under Article 68 of the Lithuanian Law on Electronic Communications they require no separate consent.
3. Analytics cookies
We use Google Analytics 4 to see how many people visit, which pages are read and where people get lost. It helps us look after the site rather than track you.

These cookies are not written until you press “Allow analytics”. Until you agree, Google Analytics does not run and sends no data.
What we do to keep the data to a minimum:
- IP addresses are anonymised — in Google Analytics 4 this is the default behaviour, not an option.
- Advertising features and data sharing with Google advertising services are switched off.
- We use Google Consent Mode v2: while there is no consent, no identifiers are sent.
Google is a US company. The transfer relies on the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses and the EU–US Data Privacy Framework. More in the Google privacy policy.
4. What the site does not have
Worth saying plainly, because many sites do this and we do not:
- No external fonts, styles or scripts. Everything loads from our own server, so simply opening a page does not make your browser contact anyone else’s.
- No social network buttons or widgets that would report your visit to Facebook or LinkedIn.
- No advertising networks, pixels or remarketing tags.
- No third-party cookies other than Google Analytics — and only if you agree.
5. How to change your choice
On your first visit a banner appears with two buttons. Your choice is remembered for 6 months.
You can change your mind at any time — use the “Cookie settings” link at the bottom of any page. Withdrawing consent switches Google Analytics off immediately and deletes its cookies.

If you block essential cookies in your browser, the site will lose its memory of your language choice but will still work.
6. Cookies in the Spin CRM system
This policy is about the website spincrm.com. The Spin CRM system itself uses its own cookies — all of them essential: they maintain the login session, protect against cross-site request forgery (CSRF) and remember interface settings. There are no analytics or advertising cookies in the system.
