How it is connected

Inventory and products A warehouse that is not a separate application: stock and price are visible right in the deal line. Invoices The invoice is generated from a deal or a project and sends itself — on a schedule, not on a reminder. Payments and banking The customer pays by tapping a link in the invoice PDF, and the payment comes back from the bank without you.

We have two legal entities — will this fit?

Yes. Two Robolabs accounts are supported, and documents automatically travel to the accounting set that the organisation belongs to.

Are products imported automatically?

Yes, new products are downloaded on a schedule.
