Questions about this area

Did not find your answer? Ask us

How quickly do stock levels refresh?

With Rivilė — every 5–15 minutes during working hours. Every sync is visible in the integration log with a timestamp and a result, so you can see whether it really ran.

Can each customer have their own prices?

Yes. Price lists work, including customer-specific ones — the price is applied automatically as you pick the product into a deal or an invoice.

Is there a manufacturing module?

Yes: components are written off and the finished product is booked in. Order preparation — kitting, packing and transport — works alongside it, as does scheduled cost price recalculation.

Can goods be moved between several warehouses?

Yes, internal movements and transfers between warehouses both work, and every warehouse can have positions — bin locations.

Can customers order on their own?

Yes, through the customer portal with a product basket and a stock view. The order becomes a deal immediately, rather than an email somebody has to retype.
