Sales and pipeline

No enquiry gets lost: it lands in the system and is given an owner automatically.

You collect leads from the website form, email, an online shop, the chat widget and messaging channels, and the owner is assigned by your rule — round-robin through the pipeline or by a field value. Deal lines show cost as well as price, so the system calculates the margin instead of someone guessing it.

Questions about this area

Did not find your answer? Ask us

How are enquiries collected from the website?

The website form sends the data straight into the system, and the enquiry immediately becomes a lead with an owner. No middleware and no retyping.

How is it decided who gets a new enquiry?

By your rules. Each pipeline has its own circle of sales people, and field rules ("if area = X, assign to Y") take priority over the rotation.

Will I see the profitability of each deal?

You will. A deal carries cost lines alongside the sales lines, so the margin shows up on the record and in reports.

Can we have several different pipelines?

You can — each with its own stages and its own team of reps. That's common when new sales and renewals follow different paths.
