How it is connected

Is such a signature legally valid?

Yes. Smart-ID and mobile signature are qualified electronic signatures and are equivalent to a hand-signed document.

Does the customer need an account in our system?

No. Signing happens on a public page behind a link.

How do we know the right person is signing?

Before signing, their identity can be verified by email, SMS code, Smart-ID or mobile signature.
