Is a Smart-ID signature legally binding?

Yes. Smart-ID and mobile signature are qualified electronic signatures — legally equivalent to a hand-signed document.

Will the customer have to create an account?

No. Signing happens on a public page behind a link. Before signing you can verify the signer's identity by email, SMS code, Smart-ID or mobile signature.

How many document templates are there?

About 100: invoices, credit notes, quotes, delivery notes, handover certificates, cash orders and more. Languages: LT, EN, bilingual, LV, EE, DE, plus your own custom templates.

Can a document be approved before it goes to the customer?

Yes. Approval and sign-off in rounds works both inside the company and with external participants.
