Will we see where a vehicle is in real time?

Real-time tracking stays in Wialon. What travels into the CRM is vehicle data, mileage and statuses — what is needed for maintenance and invoicing.

Can reminders be sent based on mileage?

Yes. The mileage ends up in the system, so maintenance or inspection reminders can be based on it.
