You enter the name, and the system finds the company details itself. Before you sign, you can see right away whether this partner is worth trusting.

You don't have to fill in a customer record from memory — a name or a company code is enough, and the system pulls the rest from state registries. All correspondence, calls, deals and documents pile up on the record, even the ones a colleague handled. And if a field is missing, you add it yourself, no developer needed.

Where do the company details come from?

From our own database of Lithuanian companies, built from state registers. Every fact carries a link to its source, and the VAT number is additionally checked against the European Commission's VIES system.

Can we add our own fields?

You can, for any area — companies, contacts, deals, products, projects — with no programming needed. Fields show up immediately in forms, lists, filters and exports.

What happens when an employee leaves?

In a single action you reassign all of their customers, contacts and deals to someone else. The history stays untouched — you can still see who did what and when.

Can we limit which customers an employee sees?

You can. Roles and their hierarchy, sharing rules, access by country, and permissions down to a single record or field all work.
