Spin CRM

Email and telephony

Every email and call is visible on the customer record — including the ones a colleague handled.

Part of the chain

  • Capture
  • Sell
  • Deliver
  • Get paid

The system includes a full email client: Microsoft 365 and Gmail over OAuth, IMAP or SMTP for any other mailbox. Emails attach themselves to the customer, deal, invoice or ticket, and full-text search finds them across the whole mailbox. When the phone rings, a call card with the customer and their history opens on screen before you pick up.

FAQ

Questions about this area

Did not find your answer? Ask us

Do we have to give up our email client?

No. The sync is two-way: an email sent from Outlook or Gmail shows up in the system, and one sent from the system shows up in your mailbox.

Which telephony does this work with?

With Tele2, Bitė and Peoplefone. The experience in the system is the same whichever operator you use: the call card, the log and the statistics all look alike.

Can we make calls from the system?

Yes, wherever the provider allows it — the number on the customer record becomes a button.

What happens when mailbox access expires?

The system notifies the mailbox owner and shows a banner above the mail. A sync that quietly stopped working is worse than one that is visibly down.
