How are GDPR consents handled?

Every list has a legal basis — consent or legitimate interest — and a consent text. For every status change the system stores when, from where, with what wording and from what IP it happened. That record is never deleted.

Can we keep sending emails through MailerLite?

Yes. Lists are mapped both ways: new subscribers go to the platform, and unsubscribes and bounces come back. The same works with Omnisend.

How is an email sequence different from a newsletter?

A sequence is a chain of 3–5 emails with delays, sent from a real employee's mailbox and stopped by the customer's reply. Each recipient sticks to their mailbox so that the reply comes back where it is recognised.

Won't this burn our domain reputation?

Sending limits are set per mailbox and apply across all campaigns together. The system also tracks bounces.
