You can, over the OData interface. The same interface works with any BI tool that speaks OData.

Can we build our own report?

You can. The export builder lets you pick fields and filters and send the result to Excel; more complex reports are built individually.

How do KPIs work?

A target is set for a user, and the system shows progress based on real records — deals, activities, invoices.
