People

An expiring certificate or contract announces itself — the day before, not the day after.

Employee records hold departments, work schedules and per diems, alongside document expiry tracking: the system checks deadlines every day and flags certificates and contracts about to expire. In employee self-service, people see their own profile, absences, documents and calendar. When someone leaves, you reassign their records in one action.

Questions about this area

Did not find your answer? Ask us

Is this a full HR management system?

No — and we say that on purpose. There are employee records, schedules, per diems, document expiry tracking and basic self-service. The system has no payroll calculation or a leave-request workflow.

How does document expiry control work?

The system checks employee document deadlines every day and flags certificates or contracts about to expire. The same mechanism is used for customer contract deadlines too.

What can be restricted for an employee?

Roles and their hierarchy, sharing rules, permissions by component, by action and by individual record. Two-factor authentication and an allowed IP list are available.
