Where is my data stored?
Every customer gets a separate database — there is no shared table holding every company's data. Access is protected with two-factor authentication, and regular backups are taken.
Can data be migrated from an old system?
It can. We import companies, contacts, products and history from Excel or over the API; for some systems we have ready-made migration tools. We help you prepare the file.
Will the system connect to our accounting?
If you use Rivilė, Finvalda or Robolabs — yes, directly and both ways. Otherwise the data travels over the open API or an Excel export.
How long does rollout take?
In simple cases you start working the same day. With integrations and customisation — usually 1–3 weeks.
Does the system work on a phone?
It does. The system has a mobile-friendly web version — you work in the browser, with nothing to install.
