Will we have to enter the data by hand?

Not necessarily. If you need it, we can help you load companies, contacts, products and history from Excel or over the API.

Where is my data stored?

Every customer gets a separate database — there are no shared tables holding every company's data. Access is protected with two-factor authentication, and backups are taken regularly.
